Acceptable, with Caveats
small roominconsistent air condition
My room felt smaller than it looked online, a real squeeze to move around in. The noise levels bothered me most nights. I could hear conversations and other sounds pretty clearly from adjacent rooms and it really made it hard for me to get any good sleep. The air condition was not easy to regulate at all.

poor soundproofinginsect presence
the room lacked soundproofing. i could hear noises at all hours. also, the air conditioning was difficult to adjust. this made sleeping comfortably challenging. plus we found some small insects in the room. i did not like that, even though the room was cleaned often.

The staff was friendly. the location was great near the main bus station. I found it easy to get around. the restaurant had good food and drinks, convenient after a long day.
it was very loud and people could see into the room. This made it difficult to relax.

The staff provided efficient service even before my arrival. I sent emails with some questions and they were very responsive. The pool was clean, so I spent a lot of time there. Breakfast offered a whole selection of gluten-free options.
The room was a bit small. It was much smaller than expected.
